Today on the podcast, I got the pleasure of interviewing Katie Crokus. She shares a little bit about how we know each other way back to 2016 and how she's evolved her fitness journey and the fact that she's been in maintenance for three freakin' years. We really talked about maintenance, its importance, and how her body has changed more in maintenance than any other time. It's like a stop-gap,  an in-between, it's like what I have to do before I can do the things that I want that are going to make the difference. She also shares her thoughts on why it's such a time that a lot of women skip, and why you should not be skipping maintenance, why it really should be where you are spending the majority of your life.
