Today we're going to talk about four mistakes that you're probably making in your fitness journey (and no judgment here). As I go through these, I want you to do a little bit of self reflection and see if any of these currently apply to you. Most of these are really easy fixes or at least if they're not easy, the first step is always becoming aware, right? Once you become aware of a mistake that you may be making, then you can be very intentional about fixing it. I truly believe that as we can go through this process and actually transform from the inside out, that is how we have lasting long term results. This is not just external results. It's not just about the way that your body is looking. It is about how you are changing from the identity level on the inside. And then that is magnified on the outside!
