My guest today is Rebecca Muderick and we talk all about this concept of self-sabotage: what it is, how to know when you're experiencing it, what it might look like in actual like examples. And then even more importantly, what you can do about it. The great news is that it can get better. It's not something that you just have to deal with for the rest of your life. Rebecca does a really good job of breaking that down for us and giving us some really actionable steps so that when you leave this podcast, you will have the tools to be able to know how to move past and how to stop that self-sabotaging behavior.
