I am so happy that you're here and that we are wrapping up another year. I think 2020 will be one for the books. But I for one am excited for 2021 and what it's going to bring. Way back in 2018, I recorded Episode 13 on New Year's resolutions, and in that, I gave really great advice about how to think about New Year's resolutions and how to go about breaking them down into actual action items that you can achieve during the year. And so today on the podcast, I wanted to dive into a very timely topic of New Year's resolutions.  And now I want to layer into this episode talking more about the “being” part of setting goals.
