Happy new year! Let's cross our fingers and hope that there are lots of wonderful things to come in 2021 for you and for me. It's a new year, and maybe you're itching to get going on some physical goals that you have set for yourself this year. And so I thought it would be kind of fun to share with you some of the things that worked and didn't work for me in 2020, and also include some of my goals for 2021. I'll cap off the end of the episode by talking about some of my goals, and I'll share those with you. And maybe that'll spark something in you as you're thinking about 2021 and what you want to create this year.
