She explains that, through the lens of mobility and its effect on our health, we better understand the overall themes of consistency, forward progression (not perfection), and supporting your whole body for graceful aging and movement.
Mobility is for anybody who wants to age gracefully and continue to perform daily acts of living. It’s not just for somebody who wants a deep squat, or someone who dreams of lifting a ton of weight.
