Many people are nervous to start lifting weights, and I get it. Maybe you’re afraid of hurting yourself, you don’t want to get “bulky”, or you don’t think it’s right for your goals (Spoiler: Unless your goal is to literally just stay in bed all day, weight training WILL support your goals).
